We are proud to serve the MacEwan community! MacEwan Medical offers convenient walk-in medical care and family physicians for urgent and routine health problems. You will find the clinic welcoming, comfortable and professional. Our walk-in clinic welcomes the MacEwan residents and the surrounding area residents.
A pediatric specialist is also available for consultation regarding your child's health. A pediatrician provides specialist care by referral from family physicians. Please contact your family physician's office prior to attending the clinic. Patients who do not have a referral may initially be assessed by a physician in the general Walk-In Clinic section of our MacEwan Medical Clinic at the same site. Referral on wards to our Pediatric specialist will be made if appropriate.
Internal medicine specialist is also available for consultation in our clinic. Internists are equipped to handle the broad and comprehensive spectrum of illnesses that affect adults, and are recognized as experts in diagnosis, in treatment of chronic illness, and in health promotion and disease prevention—they are not limited to one type of medical problem or organ system. Our Internist provides specialist care by referral from family physicians. Please contact your family physician's office prior to attending the clinic.
The medical clinic is conveniently located at MacEwan Drive and 14th street NW. We offer ample free parking and are easily accessible by car and public transport 1 & 2.
If there is a waiting time to see the doctor, we will register you and give you an estimated time in which you will see the doctor. You may leave if you wish but please return by the time you were given so you don’t lose your place in line. As for walk-in patients, we do not book appointments. Our experienced medical professionals put your healing needs first. We are proud to provide a high quality level of customer service, medical experience, and commitment to health and wellness to all our patients. Our goal is to make you feel better as quickly as possible.
